Rhythm & Vine occupies a leafy stretch of NE 5th Terrace just off Las Olas, turning a once-quiet lot into one of Fort Lauderdale’s most versatile night-out destinations. The outdoor beer garden is the main draw – big shade trees strung with twinkling lights, plenty of greenery, picnic-style seating, and a vintage Airstream that doubles as a satellite bar. Dogs are welcome out here, and on any given night you will see groups sprawled across the patio with pups underfoot while a rotating food truck parks out back serving burgers and whatever the weekly lineup brings. Inside is a different scene entirely: a compact, cozy space with couches, solid air conditioning, and a DJ booth that keeps the energy climbing as the night goes on. The transition from chill patio conversation to a packed dance floor happens naturally, usually around 10 or 11 on weekends. Cocktails lean creative and well-crafted rather than basic rail pours, and the draft beer selection runs deep enough to keep craft drinkers interested. Happy hour brings discounted drinks and bites for the after-work crowd. Service at the bar is consistently quick even when the place fills up, which guests mention almost as often as the drinks themselves. The crowd skews young and social – friend groups, date nights, birthday celebrations, ladies’ nights, and the occasional tourist who wandered over from Las Olas Boulevard. Reservations are accepted if you want to lock something down, but most people just show up. One practical note that regulars learn fast: dedicated parking is essentially nonexistent, so street parking a few blocks out or a rideshare is the move. Rhythm & Vine opens Wednesday through Sunday, stays open until 3 AM on Friday and Saturday, and goes dark on Monday and Tuesday.
